I remember being a kid and going to a fancy restaurant with mommy and daddy for somebody´s birthday and looking, almost admiring, at a big guy with a white robe setting the food on fire. I asked mom and she explained something like it was a way that people can cook their food, a fancy way. I still have some fascination for that cooking method so a couple of years ago I learned how to flambe. I like the touch of luxury, the vibe of show, of restaurant, that it gives to so something so mundane as cooking. So this recipe is luxury meeting simplicity. Some light airy wok rolls, thin as paper. A couple of bananas flambe with bourbon. And a little, just a little, of peanut butter and chocolate fudge. Breakfast and desserts are never going to be the same.
